Eligibility for Returns
The eligibility for returns is specified on the product invoice. Some items are returnable, while others are
not. To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original
packaging. You must initiate the return process within 3 days of receiving your item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your bank account within
3 working days.
Shipping
You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping
costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your
refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work
with you to promptly resolve the issue.
How to Initiate a Return
